In her previous lives Monica Corish worked in primary health care in Africa, scrubbed up in operating theatres in London and Dublin, and picked raspberries in Norway. Now she lives in North Leitrim where she writes and leads writing workshops. She has published two books of poetry and is currently working on a novel. www.monicacorish.ie
